Ruimin Geogrid Extruder is a specialized piece of equipment used for producing geogrids. It operates by heating, melting, and extruding raw materials (such as plastic) through the extruder, forming continuous geogrid products.

  • Extruder: Used to mix, heat, extrude fiberglass and plastic materials to produce fiberglass geogrids with specific shapes and sizes.
  • Fiberglass mesh forming device: Through the preset forming device, the fiberglass is processed into a grid structure to provide strength and support for the geogrid.
  • Plastic extrusion device: The plastic material is heated and melted, and the composite structure of the glass fiber geogrid is formed by combining the extrusion head and the mold with the glass fiber mesh.
  • Control system: control the operation of extruder, glass fiber web forming device and plastic extrusion device to ensure the stability and consistency of the production process.
