Ruimin Vibration Friction Welding Process

The Ruimin vibration friction welding process employs a low-power high-speed brushless motor with a drive controller, along with precision mechanical components, to execute vibration friction. This method ensures precise motion coordination throughout the welding process. The surface friction heating welding enables adaptation to various materials, including steel wire, fiberglass, polyester, PP, PET,, among others, by incorporating internal reinforcing ribs.

conventional ultrasonic vertical friction welding could damage the internal structure (such as fiberglass, polyester, basalt, etc.), causing the internal fibers of the weld joint to break. However, the vibrating friction machine developed by Ruimin adopts the lateral friction method, which does not generate heat during the friction process, so it will not cause damage to any structure of the geogrid.
