The Non-woven Fabric Geocell Ultrasonic Welding Machine is an automated or semi-automated industrial equipment specifically designed for high-efficiency, eco-friendly, and high-strength welding of seams in geocells made from polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabrics. Utilizing ultrasonic energy, it fuses the materials at the molecular level to create continuous, uniform, and high-strength weld seams. It serves as an ideal alternative to traditional joining methods such as stitching, adhesive bonding, or hot air welding.
Due to the urgent demand for Fabric Geocells with a mesh spacing of 40-50mm in markets such as Japan, the United States, and Europe.Leveraging years of expertise in non-standard automation technology, our company has successfully overcome the limitations of traditional equipment for micro-welding.After extensive debugging and testing, the world’s first dedicated automated equipment for producing non-woven fabric geocells was officially launched in early 2025,filling a gap in the industry.
Utilizing a high-strength steel frame and precision components, the equipment performs ultra-thin (0.2-2mm) welding on PP/PET non-woven fabric. This ensures flat and intact products while maintaining the material’s inherent strength.
The system operates automatically based on preset parameters. Raw materials, pre-cut into strips by a slitting machine and wound onto reels, are auto-fed. Features include real-time quality monitoring, fault alerts (e.g., width deviation, wear part damage), and power-off memory, effectively preventing production downtime.
Significantly enhanced welding speed and stability enable continuous, cyclical operation. Upon reaching preset output targets, the machine automatically stops with notification.
Applicable materials: PP, PET non-woven fabric
Product dimensions (Geocell): Thickness: 0.2-2mm Width: 20-300mm
Breakthrough Capability: Pioneered mass production of 40-50mm mesh fabric geocells, meeting the requirements of high-end landscaping projects.
