Ruimin vibrating friction welding process

The Vibro Friction Welding process uses a low-power, high-speed brushless motor with a drive controller and precision mechanical components to perform vibratory friction. This method ensures precise coordination of motion throughout the welding process. Surface friction heating welding can be adapted to a variety of materials, including steel wire, fiberglass, polyester, PP, PET, etc., by incorporating internal stiffeners.

The function of vibrating the friction machine

conventional ultrasonic vertical friction welding could damage the internal structure (such as fiberglass, polyester, basalt, etc.), causing the internal fibers of the weld joint to break. However, the vibrating friction machine developed by Ruimin adopts the lateral friction method, which does not generate heat during the friction process, so it will not cause damage to any structure of the geogrid.Even under low-power conditions, it achieves welding effects surpassing ultrasonic welding by tenfold instantly.
