Polyester Geogrid Extruder

Ruimin Geogrid Extruder is a specialized piece of equipment used for producing geogrids. It operates by heating, melting, and extruding raw materials (such as plastic) through the extruder, forming continuous geogrid products.

  • Extruder: Used to mix, heat, and extrude polyester fibers and plastic materials, producing polyester geogrids with specific shapes and sizes.
  • Polyester Mesh Forming Device: Processes the polyester fibers through a preset forming device to create a grid structure that provides strength and support for the geogrid.
  • Plastic Extrusion Device: Heats and melts the plastic materials, combining them with the polyester mesh through the extrusion head and mold to form the composite structure of the polyester geogrid.
  • Control System: Controls the operation of the extruder, polyester mesh forming device, and plastic extrusion device to ensure the stability and consistency of the production process.
