The steel-plastic geogrid strip extruder is a specialized piece of equipment designed for the continuous production of high-strength steel-plastic composite geogrid strips. It heats, melts, and extrudes raw materials (such as PP and HDPE), synchronously compounding them with steel wires or steel strips to form structurally stable and dimensionally precise geogrid strips. Made of high-quality mold steel, with a compact structure, reasonable connections, and easy replacement.

Cooling Tank

The cooling tank is used to control the crystallinity of the plastic and ensure the elongation rate of the billet during stretching. The tank body is made of stainless steel.

The tank uses a circulating water system and is equipped with an inlet, outlet, and overflow. The circulating water pump draws water from the water tank through the filtration system, water cooling system, dual-channel water pipeline, and spray pipeline, spraying cooling water.

Powerful Vacuum Water Removal System: A powerful suction fan extracts moisture from the surface of the strips. The extracted water is then separated by a water-vapor separator and returned to the water tank for recycling.

Control and Electrical Cabinet

All units of the production line, including feeding, extrusion, and traction, are integrated into the control system.
