Cooling Tank
The cooling tank is used to control the crystallinity of the plastic and ensure the elongation rate of the billet during stretching. The tank body is made of stainless steel.
The tank uses a circulating water system and is equipped with an inlet, outlet, and overflow. The circulating water pump draws water from the water tank through the filtration system, water cooling system, dual-channel water pipeline, and spray pipeline, spraying cooling water.
Powerful Vacuum Water Removal System: A powerful suction fan extracts moisture from the surface of the strips. The extracted water is then separated by a water-vapor separator and returned to the water tank for recycling.

Double Roller Embossing Traction Machine
Used for the first traction after extrusion cooling, composed of a motor, reducer, traction rollers, and gears, with variable frequency speed regulation. Helical gear transmission ensures smooth operation, low noise, and no vibration.
Duplex Winder
Used for winding products, forming rolls, and length measurement with automatic center alignment and winding. It consists of a winding disc, transmission device, frame, and electrical control.
Control and Electrical Cabinet
All units of the production line, including feeding, extrusion, and traction, are integrated into the control system. The entire line can be operated in linkage mode or each unit can be controlled independently. A mechanical trigger switch can be used to stop the machine and sound an alarm in case of a line break.
